Background
It was during a cycling holiday in the French Alps that I realised it was time to say goodbye to a long career in insurance and follow my true passion in life which involves helping people experiencing pain and discomfort along with the prevention and treatment of sporting injuries.
As a regular cyclist and triathlon participant, I have a great understanding of the muscles and joints likely to be pushed to their limits during training and competition.
With the encouragement of friends and fellow age group athletes, I established Hands On Mobile Massage servicing clients initially in the Sunshine Coast region and now in the Cairns region from April 2022.
In my spare time you will find me either working as a Medic / First Responder at many sporting events including AFL, Rugby, Triathlon / Ironman or actively participating in cycling or triathlon activities around Cairns and the Northern Beaches, (and if I'm really lucky back cycling the French Alps one day).
